The SoundTube XT850 is a premium 2-way outdoor loudspeaker solution for installations requiring high-performance sound in a durable speaker design. Not only is it UV resistant, scratch resistant, chlorine resistant, and weather resistant with professional-grade components for long-lasting performance and durability, the XT850 is designed for full-range back-ground and foreground music as well as paging. The speakers sealed, in-ground enclosure design delivers true low end response (38 Hz, 10 dB) and optimal off axis performance. The XT850 includes theft resistant mounting hardware and a weatherproof 5-position tap switch for 25/70.7/100 Volt applications with transformer bypass position. IP-Rating: IP55.

It is UV-, scratch-, chlorine-, and weather-resistant with professional-grade components for long-lasting performance and durability. The SoundTube XT850-LED is designed for outdoor use with LED lighting and full-range background music, foreground music, and paging capabilities. The speakers’ sealed, in-ground enclosure design delivers true low-end response (38 Hz, 10dB) and optimal of axis performance. The XT850-LED includes theft resistant mounting hardware and a weatherproof 5-position tap switch for 25/70.7/100V applications with a transformer bypass position. IP-Rating is IP55.

Omni-directional LED strips are integrated into the underside of the speaker enclosure to create warm pathway lighting for outdoor applications. The LEDs are powered by a conventional 12V landscape lighting transformer (not included) and connect just like standard landscape lights. The XT850- LEDs have a 3000K warm-white color temperature and are compatible with third-party dimmer switches. Multiple XT850-LED light emitting speakers can be run off a single transformer. The number of speakers per transformer is determined by the power capacity of the transformer. For example, a 30-watt transformer can power 6 units, a 60-watt transformer can power 12 units, a 150-watt transformer can power 34 units, and so on.
